Kuya William Peetoom is the Founder & Wealth Architect of Kaizen Group International, Commissioner of Senior Affairs for the City of San Diego, and a master connector dedicated to helping people and organizations unlock wealth they didn’t know was possible. Born to a Dutch father and Filipino mother, William blends the discipline and vision of his European heritage with the spirit of service from his Filipino roots. His mission is to align values with financial outcomes so entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community leaders can keep more of their own money and reinvest it into the impact they were born to make.
William is a passionate advocate for zentrepreneurism—a philosophy that merges Buddhist mindfulness with modern business strategy.
